Basic Controls Guide

Master the essential controls to navigate and interact with the world of Grow A Garden efficiently.

PC Controls

🏃

Use the W, A, S, and D keys to move your character forward, left, backward, and right.

🖱️

Move your mouse to look around. Right-click and hold to rotate the camera without changing your character's direction.

👆

Press the E key or Left-Click on objects to interact with them, such as talking to NPCs or using tools.

🔢

Use the number keys 1 to 9 to quickly select items from your hotbar at the bottom of the screen.

Movement: Use the virtual joystick on the left side of the screen to move around.
Interaction: Simply tap on plants, NPCs, or buttons to interact with them.
Camera: Swipe anywhere on the right side of the screen to move the camera.
Tool Selection: Tap the icons on the on-screen toolbar to switch between your tools.

Select the shovel and click on an empty plot to till the soil. Use it again on a fully grown plant to harvest it.

After planting a seed, select the watering can and click on the plot to water it. Keep your plants hydrated!

Select a seed packet from your hotbar and click on a tilled, empty plot to plant the seed.

💡 Pro Tip

Upgrading your tools at the Gear Shop will allow you to perform actions on multiple plots at once, saving you a lot of time!
